Visuals of an Asiatic lion strolling around the parking space and going for a walk around the inn premises was caught on CCTV on February 8. Shared on Twitter by client Udayan Kachchhi, a progression of 3 short video cuts has caught the lion's development inside Hotel Sarovar Portico in Junagadh. CCTV cameras shows a male Asiatic lion entering the lodging at 5:04 am on Monday through the primary entryway.
Udayan Kachchhi said in a tweet "Lions in the city of Junagadh is a regular affair nowadays," in which the lion is seen bouncing over the limit divider while the safety officer sits in his lodge, noticeably alarmed. A second CCTV video from the lodging demonstrated the lion leaving from the inn to the street.

Sanjay Berwal, deputy conservator of forests (DCF) of Junagadh territorial forest division told The Indian Express, "The lion had apparently strayed in the city after losing its way. It has since returned to the jungle and nothing untoward was reported that night. It is only after the CCTV footage went viral that people in that area as checking footage of their CCTV cameras and are sharing visuals of the lion".Well the gate actually saved the motorist, the second thought lion had about jumping over the gate helped 😱.

Situated at the foot of the Girnar Hills, Junagadh is near the Gir Lion Sanctuary - the last home of the Asiatic lion on the planet. Recently, the state has seen an expansion in the quantity of lions wandering past timberland limits.
