On Propose Day, Rajasthan Police share pics of Shahrukh Khan on twitter and requested everyone to please respect the words "NO". They also wrote "Stalking, molesting or forcibly befriending a woman" is a serious crime. There is a provision of severe punishment of up to 3 years under Section 354D of #IPC.

Means in a word they want to inform everyone about people's misbehavior and what will be the result of that.
