Minor Girl Gang-Raped, a Bad Incident in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh: A minor young lady was supposedly assaulted and battered to the point of death police said on Wednesday, the denounced purportedly likewise killed the young lady's dad and his four-year-old granddaughter, who were with her around then.

The occurrence happened close to Gadhuproda town under Lemru police headquarters of Korba locale in Chhattisgarh on January 29. The issue became visible on Tuesday, when the expired man's child documented a missing objection.

"When the deceased man's son lodged a missing report at Lemru police station on Tuesday, police took action and rounded up six accused..," Meena told PTI.

The blamed were distinguished as Santram Majhwar (45), Abdul Jabbar (29), Anil Kumar Sarthi (20), Pardeshi Ram Panika (35), Anand Ram Panika (25) and Uamshankar Yadav (21).

Following their cross examination, police arrived at the wrongdoing spot and found the harmed assault casualty alive while two others were accounted for dead. She was quickly raced to a nearby clinic, yet she capitulated to her wounds.

A case has been recorded under IPC areas 302 (murder), 376 (2)G (gangrape) and arrangements of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
